Your use of the Bluella service is governed by the terms and conditions of the agreement under which you obtained the services. All of the above referenced licensing agreements incorporate the merchandise Terms site and therefore the Bluella Products & Services Data Protection Addendum ("DPA"). The merchandise Terms site details the supply , use terms, and privacy/security commitments for Bluella Products and Services. The merchandise Terms site replaces the separate Product Terms and Online Services Terms documents. All references to the merchandise Terms and/or Online Services Terms within the Customer's licensing agreements now ask the applicable sections of the merchandise Terms site. Pricing and other terms and conditions for the actual Bluella provide you with options are detailed within the offer details for your subscription.

The Bluella Privacy Statement describes the privacy policy and practices that govern your use of Bluella and its other enterprise online services. The web Services Agreement or Preview Supplemental Terms may specify a special privacy statement for a few services.

The Online Services Data Protection Addendum (“DPA”) sets forth your and Bluella’s obligations with reference to the processing and security of Customer Data and private Data in reference to Bluella. The web Services Privacy and Security Terms section of the merchandise Terms site further sets forth exclusions from the DPA also as additional commitments for Core Online Services. The Bluella Trust Center provides more information on security, privacy, and compliance topics for patrons of Bluella and other Bluella Online Services. The Service Trust Portal (STP) may be a companion feature to the Trust Center that gives access to audit reports, GDPR documentation, compliance guides, and related documents that provide more detailed information on how Bluella helps protect your data.

The Service Level Agreements describe commitments around uptime and connectivity for Bluella.

The Preview Supplemental Terms include additional legal terms that apply to your use of Bluella features that are in beta, preview or otherwise not yet released into general availability.

Terms and conditions governing your use of the Bluella Government Cloud are set forth within the Bluella Online Subscription Agreement – United States government Cloud.

The Bluella Terms of Use apply to your use of the Bluella website. They also apply to the limited Bluella services you'll use without a subscription. This page is provided for your convenience as a summary of the terms and conditions that govern the acquisition and use of Bluella. Ancillary services, software and content could also be governed by additional or different terms that aren't listed above.
