Job Summary
We are looking for an agile Human Resource Executive with experience in the IT/technology
sector. The role requires hands-on expertise in IT hiring, employee engagement, HR
operations, and policy implementation in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles including sourcing, interviewing, and
onboarding.
• Build and manage HR operations from the ground up, including onboarding, exits,
and HR documentation
• Design, implement, and improve HR policies suitable for a startup environment.
• Partner with technical and delivery teams to understand talent requirements.
• Manage HR operations including attendance, leave, confirmations, exits, and payroll
coordination.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, retention programs, and engagement
activities.
• Implement HR policies aligned with IT industry standards and business needs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR governance.
• Actively resolve employee grievances and team-level issues.
• Support performance reviews, promotions, and talent development initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations
• Strong experience in IT hiring and talent acquisition
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
• Good understanding of IT work culture and delivery environments
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, MBA HR, or related field
