We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager
Bluella Private Limited is looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to join our team full-time, in-office in Gurgaon.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, networking at events, generating leads, and representing the brand in conversations, meetings, and even podcasts.
What you’ll be doing:
• Drive lead generation and business development through networking, events, and outreach
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
• Identify new leads, partnerships, and co-marketing opportunities
• Fix and manage client meetings and collaborations
• Support marketing campaigns, branding, and digital initiatives
• Represent Bluella through public speaking, discussions, and podcasts
• Track leads, maintain CRM records, and support sales conversions
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has 3+ years experience in marketing, business development, or sales
• Is confident in networking, communication, and relationship building
• Understands digital marketing, branding, and B2B outreach
• Is proactive, target-driven, and enjoys meeting new people
• Has a passion for public speaking, storytelling, and representing a brand through Videos and poadcast
