The master zone is a subset of DNS zone, offen a single domain.
In DNS, master zone contains mappings between domain names and IP addresses and other resources, organized with various types of resource records (RR's).
How to create master zone in BluellaDNS
Step 1:
In BluellaDNS Management tool, click Add master zone from the vertical or horizontal menu.
Step 2:
Below form is used to add master zone.
Nomenclature :
- Zone Name : Enter fully qualified domain, this should be the name of your website.
- Owner : Specifies the zone owner.
- Type : Here we are adding master zone hence the type should be master.
- Template : Pre defined record resources that can be applied to this domain.
- DNSSEC : Check or uncheck to enable or disable, DNSSEC extensions.
Click Add zone to submit the form.
View Zone(s)
In BluellaDNS Management tool, click List zone from the vertical or horizontal menu.
